Rails 3 Beautiful Code

2.18.10 by Gregg Pollack

UPDATE: Since posting these slides I created the Rails 3 screencasts which contain much of the same content. Check those out to learn more about Rails 3.

Today I gave a preview of some of the beautiful code in Rails 3 at the O’Reilly “Exploring Rails 3” online conference. My talk’s purpose was to show off some of the new improvements to the external APIs in Rails 3, meaning code that most developers will be working with on a daily basis.

The EnvyLabs team will be at the Red Dirt Rubyconf and Railsconf 2010 giving a 3 hour workshop on Rails 3. If you can’t make it to either event, but you’re interested in Rails 3 training, feel free to drop us a line and we might be able to work something out.
